We’ve been learning to multiply using arrays this week. Can you explain what an array is to someone at home? You could use small items like paperclips or raisins to show an example. Tell us your explanation – and let us know what you used to help.
You can also show someone how to use the times tables grid. Can you remember what is special about all numbers on the diagonal line (in red)?
3+3+3 = 8 500 + 200= 700 Maths!
ARRAYS ! 3 x 4 = 12 !
ARRAYS 5 times 5 is 25
The arrays are really good for me and I think is really good to everybody in the class. We are turquoise class and we are a amazing class who will come to us will be really good. Also I want to use arrays more and more and more so let’s keep it on.
